Performing speech and language diagnostic testing, and timely written evaluation reports.

Instructing individuals in both large and small group language activities.

Organizing language development program for students with various disabilities.

Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with parents.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively with people of all persuasions associated with special education.Evidence of successful clinical experience in communication disorders and language development at the school-age level.

Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Speech Correction preferred and/or current Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Master's degree in speech and language pathology from an accredited college or university.
